Small EVERYTHING. No dishwashers. Horrible plumbing, old electric fuses that blow easily.
The worst construction crew I've seen in my life. No regard to tenants WHAT SO EVER!!!
Parking for tenants is extremely small and compounded. Visitors often take to double-parking behind the person their seeing making it almost impossible to leave if necessary.
Unless you want people looking in your windows, you've got to keep your blinds closed 24/7. No privacy at all.
