I find it is a nice place to live in general. If you don't get in anyone's face they stay out of yours. The neighbors are all friendly. They cleared out all the riff-raff and continue to upgrade the facilities. The apartments are old, they do take forever to finish 'projects' and though they are nice, the construction crew looks a little shady. But that is cheap labor for you.
They fixed the parking issue but put in 6 speed bumps in a 30 foot stretch... which is not good for our cars. They have a new set of managers who are the sweetest and most pro-active couple I hvae met. Things get done. They stay on top of parking issues and make sure they follow up.
The incompitant bastard they had before is moving on, thank god. He might have been cute but at 23 you are usually not capable of managing a 95 unit complex. That is just my experience.
Overall, the unit I live in is nice, clean and affordable. After they get rid of the ass upstairs who is a crackhead that likes to play his music full blast out of nowhere at 4AM, I will be happy. Of course, that is happening Nov 1st...
Noise is so-so. I live in the back of the unit so traffic and general noise are not so bad. The walls are pretty thin though. I can hear TVs, Music and certain 'activities' semi-often. Of course, that is excluding the jack-ass upstairs who is always noisy and likes to skateboard in his house.
