We have lived here since 2005, and yes, there has been ALOT of construction. However, in the long run, it has paid off being patient. Recently they got rid of the contractors that really were NOT doing anything right. The managemnet has recently changed like 2 times in less than a year, but the new manager seems to be doing a good job. It is family friendly, the remodels are worth the money, you can't get better for your money in Pleasant Hill. We like it...
