I have had better experiences with the management of an apartment complex before. Terraces will not feature in the top 100. The customer service is poor. There is this strange indifference in the attitude of the management. It could also be because of the fact that there are lots of people who want to live in this area but that isn't a good enough excuse for the management to have an attitude.

They dont have a 24 hour emergency service that they claim to have. there is enough parking but not too spacious and god forbid if you have a neighbor who doesnt know how to park a car!

the complex is well maintained and it feels like a nice place when you walk into the complex. If you are out of choices and can live with poor management then go for it.
