I moved into the Terrace Apartments because I have two friends who live here and they recommended it very highly. The first time I came to look, I walked around and ran into several different tenants in the sparkling clean laundry room and walking around the lovely grounds. When I asked them how they like living here they said they loved it and that the management was fantastic.

That sold me.

I have only needed service on three occasions, once to check on a toilet that seemed to run a little too long after I flished it, once to replace a light bulb I couldn't reach and another time to fix a rod on the vertical blinds. Most managers wouldn't even bother with such requests, but Katie took care of it that same day, each time.

My only complaints are: the kitchens are too small, the outside lights shine in my bedroom window, and since I am in a front unit, the noise from the street is too much for me. Also, the stairs to second-floor units are murder. Way too steep.
