The Terrace is a fantastic place to live! The only reason we moved was to eliminate our tiring school commute and our new place just doesn t compare. The floor layouts are spacious with tons of closet space (studios obviously excepted), the landscaping is always fresh and the roses in the summertime are incredible. Plus it s especially quiet. The few minor maintenance issues we encountered were promptly fixed by the attentive staff with no questions asked; we even had a plumber come out on a Sunday to install a new garbage disposal! Management is exceedingly friendly and helpful- I haven t experienced, and honestly can t imagine, better management. Here s some insider information- most of the staff live here as well so they have incentive to keep the place up to snuff and they really care that their neighbors enjoy living here too. This probably sounds too good to be true but I promise it isn t- it s for real! Dealing with new management has proven how spoiled we were at the Terrace- I even told the managers they ruined us on all other apartments forever. We will likely compare all future residences to the Terrace, and I doubt we ll ever discover its equal. We were truly sad to move and miss living there already! So, if you value privacy, quiet, and a phenomenal staff the Terrace is the place for you!
