My husband, young daughter and I moved to the bay area from a small town east of Sacramento. Living at the Terrace Apartments was wonderful! The staff was not only professional but very friendly and made us feel at home. The grounds were quite and always in great condition and the pool area clean and safe. We could not ask for a better location, it was only 2 blocks from downtown Pleasant Hill. We could easily walk to a large community park, movie theater, and shopping center not to mention all of the wonderful restaurants located in Pleasant Hill.

Although we only lived there for two years, we still stop by to visit the office staff from time to time. Katie always has candy and a big smile for my children and it has been a pleasure getting to know her and her family. We still keep in contact with our neighbor as well!

Overall we would recommend the Terrace Apartments to everyone we know. It is not only a place to live but a place where we have made life-long friends!
