My husband and I have lived here for three years in two different apartments. The apartments are situated very well, each of the ground floors have a porch and small back "yard" area and patio with a 6' fence for privacy, which our cats love! The Terrace apartments is the most cat friendly community we have ever lived in.

The staff are all personable, understanding and very friendly. Katie, the manager, is always quick to smile and chat. She has always made us feel welcome and at home! All of our maintenance needs have been responded to quickly and professionally. We have had to use the after hour service on two occasions and each time Vanessa responded quickly and friendly as always.

The grounds are kept beautiful throughout the year. All areas of the complex are kept clean from the parking lots to the laundry facilities. The common areas are immaculate where flowers, shrubbery and trees make walking the complex nice and relaxing.

In response to a previous review that a call to The Terrace apartments was answered rudely, we have never experienced anything but positive interaction with any of the staff. I can only think that they must have dialed the wrong number. In fact, another nice thing about the Terrace apartments is that all of the staff have been in place for all three years we have lived here; they care about the residents and really know what they're doing!

I would like to know more about the noise level at the Terrace. I am veru sensitive to ambiant noise -- e.g., TV, stereo, loud conservation -- would this be a place I should avoid?

If you talk to Katie, the manager, she will point you to the quieter apartments within the complex, which in itself is about 2 football fields long..the ones on the outer edges can be subject to street/freeway noise and by the garbage bins when the garbage trucks come. Our first apartment was located on the "inside" of the complex and we were always amazed as to how quiet and peaceful it was. The neighbors all seem to be very respectful and quiet. You can occasionally hear the people upstairs but nothing to complain about. We don't hear TV's or music. We would recommend you stopping by and speaking with Katie about your concerns. If an apartment is available that meets your needs, she will not steer you wrong. She's really nice and easy to talk to... Good Luck!!
