When I moved in I thought this was a relaxing and cool place. The apartments are older but very spacey. Everything seem really nice and location is ideal. But after being here for several months you start to notice how weird everyone is and how they do not keep up on maintenance. Everyday I see a spider and spider webs outside and in my apartment also if you want it removed from your stairs or in front of your apartment you have to do it yourself because they don't keep up on that. The neighbors are all weird and nosy. Most of the people that live here are uneducated and don't make a lot of money like the management, don't get me wrong I don't judge people on how much they make. They are not ghetto just low budget like the apartments. Every time I drive into the complex you notice people looking out there windows or staring right into your car and don't get me started with management that Katie and her uneducated daughter mini Kate they are faker then those diamond earrings on a MTV video. That Katie seems really nice and real at first but if you don't kiss her ass and say hi to her like the other loser neighbors that you see kissing that ass daily then you will be screwed. She expects everyone to like her. I personally don't like to associate with people and be fake if I don't have to. If I pay rent and mind my biz and be courteous to my neighbors then everything should be all good. But anyways if you have one issue with the management it is over for you they will kick you out with no notice that is why the lease is month to month because if the BIG KATE don't like you then you are not welcomed. If you are young and successful and mind your own business then don't live here because most of the people her are not and will hate on what you have. Just remember nice for the price but the real issue is Katie and the office management and some long term neighbors. Don't be fooled by the high ratings for these apartments most of the people that gave these apartment a nice review fall into the category of KATIE's pets. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
