I have had many apartments prior to purchasing a home (which was the only reason that I moved out of The Terrace), and living there was by far the best experience I have had of all my apartments.

True - the buildings and appliances are old (1970's), however, from my experience - everything is maintained very very well (not common in most older complexes). I've even lived in complexes that are only 5 yrs old and they are not maintained as well as the Terrace Apartments!!

Whenever I had an issue with appliances, etc - maintanence took care of it almost immediately. My neighbors were awesome, and I still am friends with some of them!

I've seen another post about the manager (Katie'), when I lived there that was not the managers name, but it just sounds like this person posting is bitter because they don't like her, or the neighbors, etc.... (hint: if you don't like it so much - why not move').

Anyways, the grounds are absolutely beautiful and the manicured gardens and rose bushes are so nice to see after a long day at work. Unfortunately the pool is not heated, but in the grand scheme of things, that is not really a huge thing to me.

Granted, I have not lived there for about 4 yrs, but I would recommend the Terrace to anyone looking for a SAFE, ECONOMICAL and FRIENDLY place to live.
