Not a great place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Parking is terrible. There are limited covered, assigned spaces, which you are required to pay an additional $25 per month for, which have no list to verify who belongs to which space. Maintenance and cleanliness on site is less than helpful. Neighbors and street are noisy, especially at night. Lots of loose cats outdoors. Laundry facilities are often broken. Loud construction on neighboring hotel.
