After seeing conditions improve periodically, and then get worse again, a new management team has finally moved in to upgrade the complex. The new remodels are very nice, with slate, granite, upscale cabinets and other touches. Exterior has also been cleaned up. Maintence is timely. Kudos to new manager Mike. Parking is sometimes a bit tough, but not a problem. Location cant be beat for convenience to everything. Price is still much below comparable apartments, but this may not last forever, they have been inching up over the last few months.

you sound like someone from the management. if you stayed from 2008 to 2008 like you stated, then how were you able to observe the changes that took place periodically? also, how would you know all of the upgrades ? did you stay at 2 different units in this same complex?

Who paid you? Was it hard to clean that stuff off your nose? As for mike, who was supposed to move in, decided to cut his loses and quit. However he has taken the liberty of furnishing 2 of the 20 vacancy's with brand new stuff for show and tell. Be amazing if they actually fixed something that people needed around here.

They had big plans, remodeled one unit the way they said they all would be with slate floors, etc., and then cheaped out on all the others, often not even replacing the carpets or floor tiles that are broken or so slippery they are a safety hazard.

Maintenance is timely? Hahaha good one.. I guess 3 months to get your heater fixed in winter is 'timely'.
