A LOT of work has gone into the Tuscany Apartments recently. It seems like they're constantly making improvements and things are looking better and better. I want to move into one of the new rehabs, I think they even have Cherry cabinets!

too bad that the people who already lived there don't get anything new in their own units, but get their rent raised regardless.

The rent raised and they insist on having rent paid by debiting your checking account only. I don't think this is legal.

You don't get out much do you? All the cheap cherry cabinets in the world won't change the disfunctional layout of the kitchen's or the fact that they are being improperly installed buy employee's of The Home Depot's parking lot. Buy the way the owner cares as much about what you want as i care about what he wants. P.S. As for your refferance to the "new rehabs" did you plan on joining the maintenance staff. I let them know you said "high".

The so called remodeling is purely cosmetic - nothing of any real maintenance is being done. The plumbing still sucks, the windows all need to be replaced, each remodeled unit has their window screens thrown out and not replaced. They also say all new appliances, but this is not true.
