Although Tuscany is a great location in pleasant hill, the apartments are not so pleasing. Some of the apartments are way to small for the asking price. They shut off the water whenever they feel it necessary to make repairs which feels like at least once a month. The management is less than helpful and is never around to be found when theere is problem. When there is maintenace problem it takes them weeks to respond. I would never recommend anyone to go through the hassles that living here is like.

They recently raised the prices on all the units, event the smallest 1 BR, some by as much as several hundred dollars a month. The owner says it is to make them comparable to units in the area, but these units are much smaller and, lets face it, dumpier than most of the other units in the surrounding area. They were priced right for what they are before the increase, and since then they have been 1/2 to 1/3 vacant. Even after the cosmetic remodels.
