Tuscany's water has been off all day today, the THIRD time in June alone. Probably the 5th or 6th time in 2008 alone. Just one of MANY constant problems at this complex.

Management of Tuscany (and its management company SFRENT.net) are completely disorganized and seem to have no interest in the comfort of their residents.

Pay no attention to the other reviews on this site that gush about Tuscany's newly remodeled units. There's a good reason that they have so many units to renovate - people are moving out as fast as they can!

I came back to add the attached photo. I think this perfectly sums up how much Tuscany cares about their tenants. "WHY DO IT RIGHT WHEN YOU CAN HALF-A$$ IT AT A FRACTION OF THE COST'"

hahaha you are so right!ok im going to help you wiht this. i have lived there for a long time as well.there is ALWAYS somthing rong with the place.the pool is never spot less,the kids never come out side anymore because they are always the one thats geting the blame for the mess BUT they are not the ones!they are now re-painting the bilding....it looks like crap!you can see the old paint right though the new!i have cats and lets just say that at some time at our stay we had to hide the cats and not alow them to go out side because some of the people that lived there started shooting them with air soft guns!you may think" well thats your falt" we new who it was and told the manager but nothing was done!so now you tell me if you would like to live in a place like that!

It took them several weeks to get the trash picked up after each round of apartment gutting. They actually took over a parking space or two each time with construction debris. At least they stopped filling the dumpsters.
