When I first wrote my review i had only been here a few months and everything was great and very heavenly, but we are now at the end of our 12 month lease, and boy has a lot changed. A new property company has taken over, they now allow pets and they are renting to very shady people. I refuse to continue my lease at the present $2050 never mind the new lease amoutn of $2275!!! Oh and we now have skateboarding teenagers clanking their boards on the pathways.

oh PUHLEEEZE. Heaven on Earth?? Give me a break. What do you do, never look out the window?? I don't call a place that backs up to the Best Buy parking lot and the Chevron station Nirvana. It's so close to the freeway, you'll probably die of lung cancer in 10 years. The only bright spot I could think of is if you like ribs, the Back 40 BBQ is across the street. Must smell nice when the wind is blowing north easterly. You ought to go ahead and make them an offer to buy your place now - they'd probably take you up on it. Sucker.
