I visited VM about two months ago and was rudely treated. Management looked down on me, probably because I didn't drive a BMW or Lexus. Getting answers to my questions was like pulling teeth. I was treated like I was a pest and bothering them. I believed they assumed that I couldn't afford it and didn't want to waste time dealing with me. Whatever the case, they shouldn't make assumptions. A potential renter is that and everyone should be treated equally. I wonder if they violated Fair Housing when they noticed I wasn't white. That would be hard to prove though.

I have to agree with you that the management are very snooty, but they still leased to me. And you can't say they didn't rent to you because of your color, there are a lot of people of all colors here, that was a cheap shot, but predictable!
