I have lived here for a year now and am moving out this month. The old management was just a rude as the new individuals (Metric), though the maintaince is fast. The rent has gone up $200 on my one bedroom and nothing has changed, excpet allowing PETS (which was the sole reason I decided to live here to begin with because there were no pets). They are simply charging more for the same. The only advantage of this place is it location. About a five mintue walk to PH BART, around a lot of shops and resturants with a nice walking trail. The complex itself is nicely let, relatively safe but walls are paper thin (the most annoying thing was our upstairs neighbors, they sounded like Godzilla). I recommend this place only if you have the money to spend, otherwise, you can do better.
