I live in the A-building at Villa Montanaro and just wanted to say a few things about where I live. The Staff in the office is so nice. Last week when I couldn't get to the office to pick up my UPS package during business hours, she had the maintenance supervisor Tony, take the package to my apartment and he placed it inside my door. I found out that is common place for them if you give them permission to enter your Apartment. Thats what I call careing personal service. Also whenever I ask for something to be done in my apartment it usually is completed that day. I really enjoy living here and have no plans to move.

that's what you call "careing personal service"??? first off, learn to spell, it's "caring". second, for the price of the rent you pay, they should be opening the package and disposing of the box and packing materials for you. If that's all it takes to make you happy, I bet they love you too!

this must have been written by someone who clearly is getting some kind of kickback. it wouldnt surprise me if this is mgmt posing as a renter.
