I love to be here, and if our management will not increase the payment, my family will stay here for years. We enjoy every second here. New management is very friendly, previous management was excellent too. No problems with noice from neighbours. Pretty flowers around our building. The place is always clean. No problems that our neighbours have pets, we don't hear them. We live in building 203, love our parking, love our new-built unique two-story appartment, new appliances, everything is very pleasant and the life is very bright here. Monthly payment is high, but as long as we have job(crisis in economy), it is ok. Highly recommend this place to everyone. The only one thing that I would like to change here is to put one-two benches around children's playyard, so parents can sit down and relax while their children play there.
