woodcreek is just a pain in the *ss. My garage was broken into. The grass has dog poop everywhere. Which has been mentioned to leasing staff but nothing has been done about it. When management tells you not to let your childern play outside in front (supposed to be a family community) are they suggesting they play in all the dog poop grass area or the hazardous so called playground area' You can not park your car in the same spot for 48 hours. Although you will see other residents park in the same spot. Management fails to maintain same rules throughout the property. But dont worry, they will get tired of picking on you and move on to someone else. Leasing staff will become confrontational when approched with a resident related issue. Yeah they will talk over you and throw a 7 page lease terms and conditions book in your face and continue to never be wrong, even if the big hot shot regional manager has to come down and tell you. Big wow. as soon as they get you to sign your lease, they got you. Everything they told you to lure you in is now a bunch of bologna. Make sure you read your lease throughly and even if you have a simple scratch on your counter top. Make sure you note it on your move in-out check list, because you will get billed for it!! I would not sign a long term lease because its just not worth the hassle and the money im paying. Oh yeah, who decided to paint these god awful colors. I almost puked. One last thing.. I think the positive reviews are made by woodcreek management.
