I've lived here now for close to 3 years. Of course I wouldn't have live here for this long if I wasn't basically satisfied. I find the office staff very helpful and the maintenance guys nice and hard working. But lately what's really irked me is the amount of dog poop that's all over the grounds. I complain but nothing's really done about even though I know that it's my neighbor's dogs. Not to mention the incessant barkings of the dogs that are left on the balconies while owners are at work during the day. It almost makes me want to get a job (stay at home mom w/kids). Basically what's happening is b/c rental rates have decreased the quality of people have as well. we have less cordial people who are more likely to break rules and don't care about offending neighbors with loud music.
