A very nice place. May be the best I have lived in so far. I am glad we moved here (especially after moving out from Park Regency, which was hell on Earth).
The management and maintenance staff are very polite and helpful and, more importantly, they actually get the job done quickly and competently.
The equipment in our apartment wasn't brand new, so we had some minor issues after we moved in (e.g. leaking faucet), but everything was fixed promptly and willingly when we reported it, so it hasn't been a problem at all.
The floorplans are great - very functional with lots of light. Sound isolation is excellent - at least I have never heard our neighbours.
Location is good too - close to the 680 freeway, the mall, restaurants within walking distance.
In a word, I heartily recommend this place.
