In short..
Lived here for one year then ran.
The place looked great. Very pretty. The creek and the trees and oh wow the view from our balcony was just fantastic. I do miss that. That's not something I think I'll find very easily again.
Another person posted about the old cabinetry.. I agree with that.
Someone said something about parking being pretty poor.. again, I'm in agreement.
My personal favorite had to have been the meth lab in the building next to ours. There was a huge bust and everything.. "very hollywood."
Every single thing we asked them to remedy the first day we moved in, they didn't bother. Slates were missing from the sliding glass door blinds.. never replaced. Tile was cracked and crumbling.. never fixed. Runners for the walls/floor on either side of the fireplace were missing.. never replaced.
Management seemed nice enough. I mean.. they smiled while they explained to me that they'd get to it soon. So that was good. I guess. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

GOT LIBEL? libel is defined as: A false publication, as in writing, print, signs, or pictures, that damages a reputation that is exactly what this statement is. There has never, repeat never, been a meth lab bust at this community. This can be verified with the Pleasant Hill Police Department. Think before you write folks!
