Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
Nice Area. Good Neighbors and friendly staff. Good location with public transportation and access to shopping and dining. Grounds are outstanding its like living in a park.

Downside: Parking is inadequate. Need assigned spaces instead of open parking to prevent abuse. Interior Cabinets are old and inferior. Total replacement of showers, fixtures and kitchen upgrade would go a long way towards improving lifestyle.
