we have lived here for almost a year and we love it here! Next best thing to owning.
FEATURES: We have a two bedroom, and even though it's 1029 sq feet, it's laid out VERY well, feels very spacious. Another nice thing here is they let us paint the walls, (as long as we paint them white again when we leave). This let us add more personality to our home.
For the price, you also get a garage and a patio!
MANAGEMENT: The management here is also wonderful. Every time I've called for some kind of maintenance request, I've gotten very quick service.
NOISE: The soundproofing here is EXCELLENT, I think it must be concrete between the apts. The only time we hear our upstairs neighbors is when they run the shower. There is some freeway noise in the background. Oddly enough, the noisiest thing here is the fountains in the pond, sometimes they are a bit much. We have NEVER heard the next door neighbors.
LIGHT: Whoever designed these apts was smart, there are windows on all sides of the apt except for one, this again makes it feel more homey.
GROUNDS: The grounds are great, we were lucky to get an apt right next to a pond, so when we look out, instead of looking into a neighbor's house, we just see water and trees.
MINUSES: The only downside to living here is absolutely no utilities are included, you have to pay for heat, electric, water, sewer, and garbage. You get a washer and dryer in the apt. This is nice, but they are not full-size, and so you have to do more loads to get your wash done, and since you pay for water and electric, it adds up. Also, the parking lots fill up early on the weekends (bad if you have a second car). But all in all, highly recommended!
