I'm the writer of one of the few positive reviews on woodcreek, and I'm here to take it all back! They raised my rent $80 !!!!to sign a new lease, while my next door neighbor only got a $10 increase. I have never been late with the rent, so there's no reason they should single me out for such a huge increase.
Crime is getting to be a big problem here..and managment couldn't care less. They did not even have the courtesy to call back when I left them a message that my garage and car had been broken into.
When I moved in there was nice ivy and other plants in the entrane to my apartment..their gardeners came and cut it all down, so now all there is is mud! Very ugly...and AGAIN, no response from the office.
When you visit, the staff acts like they're your new best friends...once you sign a lease, they treat you like crap or ignore you.
