A couple of these posts sound like they were written by management.
If you live on ground floor, look out. Noisy neighbors above you can make your life a living hell. Management cares not a whit about it, either.
Parking can be a great problem. If you even have just one car, people frequently block your garage and again ... management cares not a whit about it.
Landscaping and fountains are nice, as is the "dogs welcome" feature, and certain floor plans have a layout which is great for roommates. However, kitchens are tiny.
The corporate owners care little about anything other than collecting the rent. Oh, they'll keep up maintenance when they have to, but that's only because it affects their ability to rent to other suckers ... er, I mean, prospective renters.
Overall, a very, very typical Corporate America renting experience. Overpriced, nauseating propaganda/advertising, and very blase' attitude; after the lease is signed, they've got you, and wish to do only the minimum necessary to keep you quiet and out of their hair.
