I have been renting for 20 years and this is the first time a manager has actually called me to ask if everything is ok in my home, not once but twice in the year that I've been here!

The maintenance staff actually says hello and the girls in the office are funny and friendly

There are things that I would change but life isn't perfect. I wish someone would clean up the area across the street it looks kind of yucky with the tall weeds.
