Cavalier and Lazy Managment, Horrible Parking. Freeway Noise. Now Crime'

Managment seems non-existant. Or more like they just don't care. I have contacted office with concerns regarding limited parking and nobody cares. If you own several cars and want to use up your neighbor's parking, this is the place for you because managment doesn't care how you fight it out. So if you own a car and find yourself trying to find a spot late at night, be prepared not to find a space a night. You'll have to park on a side street or maybe the Chili's or JFK U. lot and walking home in very dark, poor lighting. Definately NOT recommended for single women. I observed kids from neighborhood climbing fence to get into pool area...called management who said they would be "right over"...they never bothered. In the morning found empty beer cans and bottles around pool. They didn't care. And this is a regular occurance.
I know of vehicle break ins right in our lot. Those affected resisdents have been unhappy with managment's lack of response.
Hot-tub remained green and waterless for days. Pond pumps regularly break and lead to mosquito breeding habitats. Dry rot and peeling paint over decks. It is kind of like a movie set...on the outside looks good, but then you realize it is all just a cheap facade. That goes for "managment," too. They are lovely when you are a prospective tenant but you'll turn invisable to them quickly afterwards. They remind me more of time-share hawks than actual managers.
All this is a pity because it could be a really wonderful property. And I wouldn't mind my rent increases if their was some tangible improvements in the place. Some of the "gym" equipment, like the weight machine, are old style and cheap, even a bit rickety. The only major new thing I have noticed is that now one of the managers drives a Hummer. So that must be where my rent goes! Yeesh!!!
