We have lived here from 2004, we are moving because of the rent increases every six months, and horrible management.The apartment decks, stairs and railings unsafe. Flooding always because of broken sprinklers.
Landscapers mow with driving mower making huge mud pitts.We have complained many times. It's still a problem. We feel ignored when making a complaint because nothing is gained, or improved.Water bill is $60.00 per month for two people.They price it by how many occupants,not by water usage.Again,broken sprinklers that that are not maintained in a timely manner and watering when it's raining. We have complained about this issue also and it still happens.Alot of the pond pumps are broken, and still water breeds mosquitos. This is why we and many of are neighbors are moving.I could go on, but the list will go on forever. I also have pictures of the mud pitts, holes near walkways that haven't been fixed, that I have made managagement aware of.My vehicle was also broken into right in front of my apartment.Definately would never recomend anybody to live here.When had problems I would call managhement and get voice mail, I would then walk over to the main office and the gate would be locked,tried to get attention of the person in the office,when I did she came out and said she didn't have the key to open the gate.She had to interupt Amber(office staff)that was hiding upstairs trying to eat her lunch. Amber told me to make it quick before someone else comes. She said that they have been understaffed for some time.Oceana (the manager) is always rude when speaking with her about anything.Management is awful!!!!!!!
