I relocated to this area few months ago and rented the apartment online. The management staff told me that I would definitely get south view to install my satellite and guess what'' The apartment faced east! They said because I signed the lease, there is nothing they could do about it. I had to pay a penalty to Directv because of this. Besides that, there are a lot of hidden fees. For example, you have to rent your own garbage cans from the city which is unusual to me.

Also, they sent a notice to me saying that they are going to work on the balcany and asked me to remove my stuff. Turned out that they took out the entire stairs! I was locked in my apartment the whole day! I couldn't imagine what would happen if there was a fire.
I lived here for several months and I couldn't wait to move out of here.
