Wood Creek Condominiums

We really loved the place when we moved in (in 2004), but when our lease is up this coming May, we are out of here. There has been such a high turnover in the office staff that nothing ever seems to get done and sometimes the office staff is just plain rude. Perhaps its because they are sick of hearing the same complaints over and over and they are helpless to do anything to repair the problems, but either way, it's bad business practice. We have had to complain repeatedly about the pools and especially the hot tubs. Seems that they are constantly in need of repair and the one closest to us has been sitting empty with a "Caution" sign in it for the past couple of months. The maintenance staff is pretty nice, much friendlier than the office staff, and that helps, but it doesn't completely make up for the response time to repair issues or the quick fixes that are done that just lead to future problems. Our neighbor downstairs is an elderly woman who got so sick of calling about the mess that was out in front our our apartments, that she went out and raked the entire area herself!
Old appliances, need to be updated. The wood lattice thing above our balcony is rotting and falling down in pieces.
