I'm pretty sure the last 2 reviews were written by the same person or staff. Horrible, overpriced. Apartments are OUTDATED. My appliances are all dated in the mid-80's. Maintenance will take 2-3 days to get to you apartment, if you are lucky...I'm sorry we rented here for so long..the ponds are always dirty, infested with mosquito larvae. Front office has a very high turnover rate, so no one knows what they are doing. Oh and don't believe some of the ammenities they list. I have never seen a security officer and there is no "cardio" theater.

Yeah...where the heck is this cardio theater they mentioned...and the security officer?! They'll do and say anything to get people to move into this ridiculous place!

Did they really advertise a "cardio theater"? There's a small, old, color TV in the work-out room, but I wouldn't exactly call that a cardio theatre. These apartments are overpriced for what you get. They look nice from the outside, but maybe instead of paying money to paint the exterior, they should be consider remodeling the interiors of old, outdated 80's apartments.

What security officer? And the exercise room a "cardio theater"? Not at all - and good luck squeezing yourself into it to use a machine.
