We fell in love with these apartments. They are dated (refrigerator has no ice maker and is very small). Things were very clean when we moved in and slight repairs have to be done. We've found the staff to be cordial, although they were more so before we signed the lease. Lots of people have dogs and there is dog poop all around. I wish management would control these violators and put dog liter boxes around the property.

There isn't enough parking. Everyone seems to have two or more car so the squeeze is on to park.

Fountains are turned off too early. The sound is so good for easing tension and relaxing. They seem to turn off around 5:30. Some are stuffed with green gook and the pipes are stuck so little water flows through. There has to be a way to keep the water from standing still and breeding mosquitos.

Overall, we are satisfied - right now. Will let you know six months from now.
