Read some of the other posts that you see on here and you will start to notice a trend right away.
1. Rent changes like the stock market
2. Staff in and out so quick you really never get to know them, because of this you are more of a number to them then a person.
3. Once you re in the apartment they seem like they want you out at the end of your lease.
4. Yes the grounds are nice, but try playing with your kids in the grass areas with out falling/stepping into a pile of dog crap. The staff doesn t seem to feel its important to make sure that tenants are picking up after their dogs. So during the hot summer months, you walk out of your apartment and the smell of heated dog crap is so strong that you can almost taste it.
5. Trying asking for something to be fixed in a timely manner, and see if it happens before the end of the year and I m pretty sure one of the maintenance guys is living in a van outside of my place.
6. Luxury apartments, yeh in 1970
Don t live here, you can find a better place, don t take my word for it read the other bad reviews your self. There are some a little ridicules, like there is this one guy who was pissed because they towed his car away because he parked in a red zone that one kind made me chuckle. Basically if you move here you will have to move out with in a couple of years.
