when i moved in we had brand new carpets, it was ok. kinda liked it at first. Until i rec my $80 water bill. the dishwasher is OLDER than I am, approx 20 yrs older, I am 29. i dont agree w/ the $70 water bill a month. I used to own a home and paid $70 every 3 mos! I dont even use water that much! for me to be paying for other people's water bill is ridiculous. also my garage got broken into. my car parked by the st also got broken into. one weekend, water just started dripping from the fire alarm, i called after office hours, no one came until 3 days and I had to call for somebody to come in, that message i left was no use. imagine if there was a flood NOBODY will RESPOND, the call has to be made during business hours or u will have to wait no matter what type of problem you are having. lastly, they just turn off the water w/ no notice or anything. i was in the shower and just realized they stopped. i had to call and yell at the apt manager that was very disappointing! my lease is up in oct, i will not be renewing. current rent is $1610 will update what the new rate will be if we renewed.
