Get a house

After living in the Wood Creek condo for a few years I would just tell anyone thinking about this place to get a house. If you do decide to go with this place, make sure you get an apartment on the side that's near their office. The other side of the complex is like living on the 'other side of the tracks'. Not worth price, things don't get fixed fast enough unless you call 10 times and they jack your rent up EVERY time you go to renew your lease. Sometimes it's $75 per month, sometimes its $175. Place wasn't clean when I moved in and I was told 'well its never as clean as you want'. When you pay for a 'professional' to clean, I would expect better. The good thing about this place is the surrounding! Although if your place becomes infested (my apartment had a bee hive in the oven vent which had a hole in it. Unaware until the first warm day which caused the bees to invade my kitchen. I was told sorry, there's nothing we can do) you are on your own.
