Beautiful but Costly

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
We lived here for four years....everything is old...1950's style..but quiet and private...but you pay for everything...water is $60-90 a month...rent goes up at least $90 every lease..had to move out because of the rent increase..or we would have stayed...to bad my rent was 1740 and they where renting to new tenants 1450.
