Gate Apartments - I have been at the gate apartments for about two and half years. My experience living in Gates is fantastic. We never faced problem and Maintenance is prompt, and professional! Recently Moved here - Well just moved in a few days ago. So far so good. They have upgraded their units there. Everything in the unit is new, except for the diswasher. I read all the reviews, so I will be keeping an eye open. I haven't seen any reviews that are recent for 2009. I will keep this posted as time goes by. Improved I moved in this summer, and I am impressed. It's an economical place and will do great while I wait for my condo to sell. The manager has gone to great length to improve the place. It's completely repainted and looks very nice. They are putting new cabinets and countertops
