I lived there for 1-1/2 years. Overall, I liked the complex, but found them to be highly overpriced, for what you got. Maintenance was extremely good, and responsive to my calls when needed. The office people were pleasant enough, but very ditzy when you walked in with any kind of question or request. They were totally uncaring and/or unresponsive, when I complained that people were using the jacuzzi not only nude but into the wee hours of the morning, just outside my window... when my young son could see this sort of thing going on. Their only response (in writing) was that this "couldn't possibly be going on, since the jacuzzi cannot be used after 10pm...". How naive is that' Anyway, a nice place overall, but too expensive for what you get.
