only have been here for less than 2 months,
relocated from far away, management so far has been responsive and good, they always have my packages, place is kept clean, i live on the 3rd floor facing park and near entrance, the only major complaint is that many people like to drive with their loud mufflers on through the parking lot (not sure if they live here or just young kids making trouble and hanging out in park) -- assignment of carport makes no sense when there are closer spots available, wish the security could be safer as anyone can go in and out of the parking areas. i don't hear much noise from neighbors, and i like the convenience of the park right across.
the swimming pool is kept nice. haven't had any bug problems so far.
