Good but too costly

Apt compex is very nice but they are very costly. On the top of rent, you have to pay water and garbage disposal which you don't have to other surrounding communities. Rent is higher than other by $100 to $200 per bedroom.Also at the time of renewal they increase rent by atleast $100 to $150.
Management is very nice except lease renewal . At the time of lease renewal they are very rude. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
