The apartments are appealing before you move in, but that's about it. The walls are paper thin; you can hear ALL of the neighbors most of the time. In our particular case, the people above us have little kids running around and the people below us play loud music. Many of our neighbors smoke cigarettes and pot, making it near impossible to ever comfortably have a window open. Then there are the bugs. We've had an ant problem literally since day one, not that management really cares.
Find a better complex. This one is overpriced anyway.
