Many of you would drive into this place thinking its beautiful, but dont let that get the best of you. The complex itself its charming and nice and at some times its quite like when you are passed out sleeping and cant hear anything. The apartment was cozy for about a month or so before the apartment demons began showing. Mold throughout the window seals even the closets and believe it or not it was the first thing i would wake up to each morning as it would be surrounding my entire bedroom. Dont think im just a messy person because im far from that. I keep things clean and organized and ventalate the hell out of that place to get the air flowing but its almost as if it makes things worse by the mold just floats into the air and catches onto another wall. Now bleach will solve the problem for a month or two but the damage it does to your health is somewhat disturbing need i say more(cough, cough) <>!! WHat else.....
Oh how can i forget the fact that if you ride the "Wheels" bus theres times you look into the apartment and see me showering. Crazy i know! So not only was i literally dieing from the mold but also i couldnt open my shades because all of Owens Dr would see me in the nude! but that is if you live on the street cheaper rates but not worth it!
Walls are so thin there might as well be sheets dividing the apartments. Kids galore! all day i could here them running above me.LOVE IT!
You have to walk a mile to get to any garbage can unless you are lucky to be close but would you prefer smell or walking'

never used the infested pool or hot tub, you wouldnt either with the amount of nasties going in that poo-face pool.

Oh and if you love shopping carts, there is always a plentiful amount right outside your door. THank you so much WAL_MART for your generousity!

other than all that i highly recomend you do your research in the area and see what else is available. if all else fails Archstone is a possibilty to live.
