Okay to give you an idea we lived here for 6 months before we had to transfer because of noise. We moved to another building and now the problem is even worse. Our neighbors downstairs have retailiated to our noise complaints by throwing lit cigarette butts onto our patio and running up and down the stairs right where our bedroom wall is and management has yet to respond to our complaint (It has been almost a week). This is not limited to only our neighbors, people in this community are absolutely obnoxious and inconsiderate and management does nothing. My husband's car was vandalized in the "Covered Parking" and the assistant community manager looked at us like "what do you want me to do about it'" The community may look nice but the people here are not.

What a stupid response. Not everyone can AFFORD to buy a house - especially in the Bay Area.

I know what your talking about. They just could care less about others. Only thing they see is MONEY MONEY MONEY. Right after your 6 months or your 1 year lease is up. they add on anywhere from 300.00 to 500.00 to your rent. No matter what. Stay clear of this place EVERYONE Oh ya and the 1 day service LOL NEVER HAPPENS Try 1-2 weeks but they write back in a day. saying they can fix it in a week or two. So Corp is happy.

I am a resident and I'm moving out because of EXACTLY the same reason. Noisy neighbors and management wont respond to me. It's too bad because the apartment is really nice but the neighbors make it impossible to live there.

About your complaint to office. You need to keep good documentation and write to the corp. office with details. Make some noise, let corportate know what we are having to put up with. This apartment complex it to nice to have such lousy and non responsive management. Start calling secruity every time it's noisy, security is suppose to let the office know all the calls they get. It's a lot of work but the squeaking wheel gets to grease, so they say. Plus it make you feel better when you do something. It's putting the ball in the managements court. I basicly make a pest of my self if I have to.

Try having your 1 year old son going for a walk with his father (hands held) and some lady who lived in the complex swerves from the curves and honks her horn... No, she wasn't going 5mph either!
