Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
We lived at this complex for 2 years and recently bought a condo. The cost of the apartment was a little high when we moved in but we thought it was worth it. But as someone else pointed out, expect the rent to raise significantly everytime you renew. It got to the point where it was a few hundred less per month than buying a condo.
I still like Archstone Hacienda though and would recommend it. It's clean, safe, and the staff is friendly. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
