I recently moved out of Archstone because they raised the rent with out reason. There was no changes done to warrant this raise in rent. I recently recieved an invoice from the stating I owed money. Not only did the get to keep my entire $199.00 deposit, but I owed the apartment complex for cleaning and paiting. I left that apartment spotless - since I travel for my job, I was not there enough to do enough damage to earn over $200.00 in cleaning fees. I am much happier in my apartment in Dublin. When I went in to the office, the person I spoke with contiune to turn away when I started talking.
