The apartment itself is very nice but way too noisy. You can hear every little footstep of the neighbors above you. When they walk it's like stomping across the floor. And, there were a bunch of drunks that lived across the way from me and they would yell and sing outside all night long. Management just tells me to call the police. Management does not want to get involved with any issues. The "manager" didn't respond to my email/phone calls half the time, I had to call the corporate office to complain. Also, there are junky abandoned cars in the guest parking lot owned by some of the residents. Management refuses to do anyting about it. They said they assume the cars are in running order so the residents can leave them in guest parking as long as they wish.

These are the reasons why I'm moving out.

Trash is everywhere and pathways are unlit. Management never responds to any requests. The rent is way to high to live like this. The agents take up the parking spots that are not occupied by taxis. Vagrants hang out in hallways and solicitors ring bells in the evening after staff has left. Very unsafe environment and I will complain to their corporate office.

I live by the park so parking places are like gold. I keep track of the cars that don't move for a week, or have flat tires, or expired plates and I take licence plate #'s and discription to office, some times it takes 3 or 4 weeks to get them moved, but be persistant! We deal with 5 to 7 taxi's parked here every day. Some not moved for days. So the parking spaces have become a parking lot for taxi's. Management and maintenance go by a number to times a day and never realize these cars are constantly parked in the same spot and are blind to the high number of taxi's. Everybody needs to act on their complaints by writing or calling the corporate office. We pay hard earned money for a safe quiet place to call home. We need to be heard!!!
