Living at Archstone Hacienda

I've been at Archstone since June of 2008. Well yes the leasing office was friendly at first until you need some servicing done. You actually have to hound them before they respond to your needs. The parking situation...well I drive a truck so 1/2 the time I don't park in it due to not being able to fit in it. The car next to you is parked so tight near your spot and they only give you 1 parking spot. They didn't give me a key at 1st for the pool area, then finally gave me one after complaining that I couldn't reach over to open the gates to open the door during the summer. Yes you can hear everything. From the person above you to the apartment next to you! You can hear your neighbor's breathe...I'm not joking! If you have pets....Definitely not recommended especially if you live above a unit. Your neighbor's who don't own dogs will definitely complain! Last but not least your rent does go up...Unfortunately, with this economy and having to pay for water sewage and all the other utilities....Our rent went up $200 if we decide to lease for 12 more months.
